It's hard to believe, but it's been 35 years since Nike introduced us to the Master Air Max 1. Having already been presented with special designs in 2017 to mark the 30th anniversary of the model, expectations are now high. In order to stick to the tradition, the Air Max 1 Master silhouette is paid homage to by another colourway. Just in time for the 35th anniversary, the Nike Air Max 1 Master Magma Orange will be released shortly.
LOOK OF THE NEW COLORWAY
The new Nike Air Max 1 Master Magma Orange doesn't have quite as exciting a design as the 2017 model. This colourway is by no means simple and inconspicuous. The name says it all – the new Air Max 1 Master is equipped with orange suede overlays, the structure of which is reminiscent of boiling hot lava. The branding is also chosen in the same color and gives the shoe a coherent overall picture. The rest of the breathable upper is designed in a greyish beige. If you want a little more color, you can swap the light laces for the orange laces that are included and further intensify the lava effect. The anniversary edition is rounded off by an Airmax sole with a vintage look.
