The NB 9060 is getting a lot of attention from the Boston brand this year. Starting with the Joe Freshgoods New Balance 9060 Inside Voices Penny Cookie Pink – which we reported to you about in May of this year – many more colourways of the silhouette followed. With the New Balance 9060 Multi, there is once again a colorful design on the agenda that polarizes. Multicolored models have always been very popular in the past, but the new model looks more like a clown shoe to us. While the NB 9060 hasn't made any missteps so far, the new colorway probably won't resonate quite as well with the sneaker community.
THIS IS THE NEW NEW BALANCE
The New Balance 9060 Multi uses a mix of leather and mesh. The upper is dipped in green, red, light blue, black and gray tones, with almost every single part of the 9060 being assigned its own colour. The top overlays are green, with the panel overlays additionally highlighted with a red outline. The N logo on the side of the New Balance is also red and also has a black border. The remaining leather elements are designed in light blue and black and adorn the lower part of the upper. The mesh inserts in the heel area are colored grey and gradually change to light blue towards the toe box. The sole also consists of a mix of green, yellow and blue. Last but not least, even the tongue under the laces is colored in a striking silver metallic. Feel free to take a picture for yourself!
