Good news for all Dunk fans among us: the new Nike Dunk Low Reverse UNC will be released this summer! As the name of the sneaker suggests, this colorway will be the inverted design of its predecessor – the Nike Dunk Low UNC. All further information about the look and the release of the Reverse UNC can be found here in this article.
This is what the new Dunk looks like
The new Dunk dresses in an airy sky blue. This shade pays homage to the University of North Carolina that Michael Jordan attended. The then freshman of the university managed to write his first headlines at the 1982 championship game. He scored the winning goal with just 18 seconds remaining, leading his basketball team to victory. Matching the university's logo, the light blue dunk is equipped with white overlays, laces and Swoosh. The heel is also white and decorated with the Nike logo. The color change between white and blue is also reflected in the design of the sole. The white midsole is rounded off by a blue rubber sole and completes the harmonious design. A perfect sneaker for the summer. We can only hope for a similarly blue sky this year!
