Salehe Bembury has quickly become one of the most exciting collaborators in the sneaker world and has released some pretty good shoes. Including, of course, all designs on different New Balance silhouettes. But Bembury's Crocs were also sold out in seconds. Almost six months later we have a much better chance of getting the Crocs, because there are three new colourways from the Salehe Bembury Crocs — in German sneaker stores.
For those who don't really know Bembury, he's currently the vice president of men's footwear and sneakers at Versace and has previously assisted Kanye West with designs for the Yeezy Gap collaboration. Last year he also took on the Crocs and gave us a whole new model, the Crocs Pollex clogs.
THIS IS WHAT THE NEW CROCS LOOK LIKE
The first colourways came in green and brown. The very bright couple was probably a Friends and Family. Now there are three new Crocs. Namely in “Crocodile”, “Urchin” and “Stratus”. The “Crocodile” is bright green, the “Urchin” is soft lilac and the “Stratus” is cream-colored or white. The new Crocs look just as different from the “normal” Crocs. Bembury gave the design his own signature — literally. The pattern on the pairs is said to represent Bemburys' fingerprint. The holes in the upper are above the warmest parts of the foot, so excess heat can escape immediately. The transparent cover on the toe box and the holder on the heel provide extra comfort and protection.
