Nike Air Max 1 La Ville Lumiere - exclusively in Europe on Air Max Day 22

This year we celebrate the 35th anniversary of Nike Air Max technology. Of course, the festivities fall on Air Max Day 2022 on March 26th. Nike has designed three Air Max 1 for this, each of which will be released on different continents. The Nike Air Max 1 La Ville Lumiere will be the exclusive in Europe. Every year, March 26th is marked in red on every sneakerhead’s calendar. Because Nike gives us one or the other piece of gold for Air Max Day on this day. But this year we celebrate the 35th anniversary of the Air Bubble technology and therefore the party is certainly celebrated by Nike bigger than usual. As of now we know of three exclusive releases. In North America there will be the Air Max 1 Blueprint , in Asia the Wabi Sabi and here in Europe the La Ville Lumiere . Or in plain English: the Air Max 1 City of Lights. Exactly, it's about Paris.

FOR AIR MAX DAY 2022

The Air Max was presented to us all for the first time by Dani aka wideawakeearthquake . The colourway comes with a white mesh base, iridescent overlays and gray nubuck on the Swoosh and all around the shoe. The design celebrates the city of love, or lights, Paris. The tongue is dark blue and features 3.26 instead of the classic Nike logo. The translucent outsole reads "La Ville Lumiere" and March 26 - the date the Air Max 1 debuted in 1987. Additionally there are silver tags with the Nike logo, 3.26, a shoe and the Swoosh. Nice design, our highlight is the pearly shimmering overlay.

While Nike hasn't released any final details yet, the Nike Air Max 1 La Ville Lumiere is pretty sure coming to the SNKRS app on March 26th.
