The Nike SB Dunk Gnarhunters is wild

What can we say, there are days when we only report on Nike Dunks . Today is one of those and we have to say that we really like all of the colourways. Nike steps on the gas and doesn't let up. Now it's about the Nike SB Dunk Gnarhunters, which is our highlight this week. All information about the shoe can be found here in the article.

Gnarhunters is a brand owned by Elissa Steamer and FTC Skateshop . What started as a small project has developed into a nice brand. Short background: Elissa Steamer is an icon among skaters. She has been a pro skater since 1998 and was the first woman to have her own deck. And she's the first woman ever in Tony Hawk's video game. Two years ago she designed a Blazer Mid for the first time with the Gnarhunter project.

The Nike Dunk is the second design and is incredibly impressive. Similar to the Blazer , the Dunk comes in (almost) all-black. The mix of materials is wild: neoprene and terry cloth. Very nice. The details like the outsole, logo on the tongue and Gnar logo on the heel are white. Instead of the usual shoelaces, there is a thin, round rubber cord that can be tightened with a buckle. This gives extra good grip when skating. Check out more details like the insole, etc. on the pictures. We have more than enough. The shoe is great, we are looking forward to the release.

So far there is no official information from SNKRS or Gnarhunters about the Nike SB Dunk Gnarhunters. We hope that the Botte will come in spring.
