UFFF, guys what's going on there? New Balance uses the Nike color palette and launches the New Balance 550 Carolina Blue.

The UNC Colourway, because the color variant is also known by that name, has been part of Nike's color palette since the BE TRUE TO YOUR SCHOOL Pack and Jordan's 1s at the latest. Even if it wasn't officially stated that way, the University of North Carolina is outfitted by the Jordan Brand. And you're kind of part of the family.

Anyway - we don't see any reason why a particular brand shouldn't use this or that colour. That's why we find the New Balance 550 Carolina Blue incredibly refreshing. In fact, the colourway could become one of the best 550s to come out. And there were at least quite a few, if we're honest.
