In the last few weeks, several models from Nike ‘s First Use collection have already been released. The common thread is the day the Nike Swoosh became a trademark. A red and a cream Dunk and a blue terry Air Force 1 are about to be released. Now there are pictures of the Dunk High First Use University Gold.
The whole collection pays homage to the Nike Swoosh, which celebrates its 50th anniversary this year. Let's take a closer look. The new Dunk now comes in the University Gold Colourway. The upper consists of yellow smooth leather and nubuck elements in mustard yellow. The Swoosh is embroidered in white and underneath it says, like everywhere: First Use June 18, 1971. A special highlight here too: on the heel and tongue logo we find the Nike logo from 1971 – we like. The Dunk comes with double lacing in the same colors as the upper and is decorated with a gold lace tag.
We think the Dunk High First Use University Gold is great and look forward to further releases of the First Use collection. We don't have an exact date yet, but we assume July or August. If you're celebrating University Red as much as we are, keep an eye on our release calendar or our app. Of course, this applies to the entire collection.
