The infamous Nike SB Dunk High Strawberry Cough was originally supposed to be released on the traditional April 20th, 2020, but was postponed indefinitely due to the coughing strawberry and Corona. Now that the pandemic is hopefully coming to an end, it's time for the release.

Since the 420 holiday in 2021 is already over, a release this year seemed rather unlikely. However, official images of the weed-inspired sneaker have now emerged, suggesting a release of this mythical pair could be imminent.
As a reminder, the front part of the Dunk is colored red, the overlays and mid-panel have a touch of yellow to mimic the outer seeds of the fruit. The Swoosh, heel and ankle are covered in the standard hairy green suede to replicate the texture and look of grass, while a coughing strawberry mascot features on the heel and insoles.
A soft heel tab is also added, presumably to represent the leaf-like part of the head. The emergence of Nike's official images is by no means a confirmation of a release, but it's a start.
