Nike Air Force 1 Happy Pineapple - shoe number four

Attention pineapple friends: The Happy Pineapple collection is being expanded with a new model: The Nike Air Force 1 Happy Pineapple is coming. So far there are pictures of an Air Max 90, 95 , Free Run and now the Air Force. As always, all information is available here.

The new Air Force comes in all-over cork. That definitely sounds exciting. Apparently the cork is recycled and thus leaves a somewhat small climate footprint. The laces come in the same color as the cork. The Swoosh stands out with a light green border and a slightly different looking, lighter material. From the pictures alone, we can't tell if the Swoosh is also cork or leather. Instead of the usual Nike logo on the tongue, there is a smiling pineapple. The insole is also made of cork. The outsole shimmers in brown-gold.

All in all a funny implementation as we think. It's definitely not for everyone, but we're sure that the sweet pineapple will find some buyers.
