After the British menswear designer, Craig Green, and adidas presented their first joint collection ( Craig Green x adidas Originals) in London in June 2019 and thus announced a completely new partnership, the first release from the joint project is now pending.
The first drop of the joint SS20 Collection will consist of a total of two completely new silhouettes in two colorways each – namely the Kontuur I and Kontuur II.
Craig Green Contour I
The first silhouette from the collaboration is reminiscent of the Kamanda at first glance, especially due to the striking outsole . In combination with the quilted upper material typical of Green, the adidas Originals creates a shoe that is characterized by an interesting mix of structures.
Craig Green Contour II
The same concept is also applied to the second silhouette from the collaboration. As with the Kontuur I, the new silhouette is reminiscent of an existing shoe from the adidas Originals repertoire. Namely the Ozweego . Also equipped with a never-before-seen quilting in the upper area, Green has also immortalized itself here.
