So we're super excited to bring you Skepta's take on one of Nike Football's most innovative designs: the Phantom GT Elite FG. Following the release of the Air Max Tailwind V , Skepta created a special edition Phantom that sits proudly alongside its Air Max counterpart.
The two silhouettes share many similarities, including a striking butterfly print that represents the creative concept of metamorphosis. The chrome Swooshes are borrowed from the Nike x Skepta Shox, and the shimmery material on the heels is a nod to the thermographic cover art of Skepta's 2019 album Ignorance Is Bliss.
