Beginning his football career, Vieri was sponsored by Diadora in the early 2000s. As a tribute to the Italian footballer, the two brands have reworked a sneaker that debuted in 1990 and was originally designed for runners.

Thanks to VIBRASSORB sole cushioning technology and an EVA midsole, the N9000 takes on the characteristics of the original sneaker but has been updated with modern details. The heel features the iconic number 9, which was also featured on the striker's shirt. The upper of the sneaker is made of reverse nubuck suede, premium leather and a breathable nylon mesh. The design is rounded off with black stitching and the classic rubber sole.
