After appearing on the New York runway earlier this year, this collaboration with Tokyo-based label AMBUSH is finally ready for release. As the first designer to collaborate with Nike and the National Basketball Association (NBA), AMBUSH founder Yoon Ahn delivers a vibrant creation defined by signature branding details and a basketball-inspired aesthetic.

A tribute to Japan's bike, car and truck culture, the Dunk's original proportions have been reimagined with a Swoosh that extends past the heel like a motorcycle exhaust. "I wondered what I could do to make the shoe look like a moving object," says Ahn. A prominent heel counter features embossed lettering and the insoles are co-branded. The tongue tags give the classic features an additional, subtle twist.

When can you purchase the AMBSUH x Nike Dunk High Cosmic Fuchsia?

The Nike Dunk High in collaboration with AMBUSH will be available in selected online stores as early as next week. The exact release will be on Friday December 11th, 2020. Of course you can buy the Dunk in the stores listed here again from 09:00 a.m.
