Peaceminusone x Nike Kwondo1 - a whole new silhouette

The Korean musician G-Dragon has already made a name for himself in the sneaker scene with two Nike collaborations. Some of you may remember the black and white Air Force 1 from 2019. Now a new model is in the starting blocks, the Peaceminusone x Nike Kwondo1. All information about the shoe can be found here in the article.

G-Dragon is a member of the band Big Bang , which is all the rage, especially in Korea. He has been named a fashion icon several times and is considered an absolute trendsetter. In October 2016 he founded the fashion brand Peaceminusone with his stylist Gee Eun . That's why the collaborations go through the brand.

After the two successful collaborations, Nike gave it its very own silhouette, the Nike Kwondo1. G-Dragon recently gave a first look on Instagram. You can't see much yet, but one thing is certain: it's not a classic sneaker. The Kwondo1 is more reminiscent of a dress shoe. The shoe is made entirely of white smooth leather. The details and decorations are reminiscent of the pattern of a Budapester. The tongue flap almost completely covers the laces. A bold Peaceminusone logo is featured on one side and a Nike logo on the other.

All in all a totally hit shoe. The official release for the Peaceminusone x Nike Kwondo1 is scheduled for January 19, 2022. At least according to the caption on G-Dragon's Instagram .
